Richard Baker – Executive Director for Operations

Richard has been working as an accountant for Investment Banks for nearly 20 years across New York, London and Copenhagen. With leadership roles across both production and projects, he has been working to implement the regulatory changes as a result of the credit crunch. Richard would now like to spend time supporting those in the world most in need. Richard lives with his wife and 2 children in Copenhagen.

Dr Madhu P Pillai – Executive Director for Awards

Dr Madhu P. Pillai is a Project Management specialist with more than 35 years of broad-based Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Power industry experience in Operations and Project Management with a geographical spread of India, Nigeria, USA, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. He has been associated as Projects Director with leading multinational organizations.  Dr Pillai is an Engineer with post-graduation in Management and Ph D in Strategic Project Management. He is a Fellow of many leading international organizations like, AACE International and International Cost Engineering Council, Institution of Engineers etc.
Dr Pillai has spoken at more than 30 International events; and Chaired few. He was awarded the O T Zimmerman Global Award by AACE International in 2008 for his contribution to the ‘Global Cost Management Professional Community”. Dr Pillai serves on the board of International Cost Engineering Council – ICEC as Executive Director. He is the Honorary Global Ambassador for World Project Management Forum (WPMF) and Advisor to Center for Public Policy Research (CPPR).   Dr. Pillai had earlier served on the International Director Board of AACEI as Regional Director (Asia, Europe and Africa) and as Vice President (International Regions – Covering 81 countries). He had also served on the International Board of “Project Managers Without Borders”.

Yosr Tazi – Executive Director for Marketing and Events

Yosr is graduated from Montpellier University France in Economics. Yosr has coached, for the past 20 years, thousands of students, employees looking for improvement on their carrier, promoters/entrepreneurs looking for the right project or those with a successful project in search of newentrepreneurship adventures.
Yosr is a Teacher and coach in Inter Personal Communication, Public speaking, Strategy, Entrepreneurship and business development. Yosr Tazi acts as trainer and project manager on Social and Humanitarian projects. He is the President of the www.abdelhaditazifoundation.org. (dealing with Culture and Peace Education) and Vice President of www.abdbo.org (dealing with rural women and young girls issues, water supply and sustainable development in rural areas).

Stella Whittaker – Executive Director for Fundraising

Research Fellow Copenhagen Business School and formerly Executive Director and Principal Consultant in Sustainability, Circular economy and Climate Change
Stella is a Principal Consultant in the field of sustainability, circular economy and climate change. As a senior executive in sustainability, climate change, infrastructure sustainability and environment Stella has led large policy and delivery teams in both the public and private
sector. She has delivered strategic advisory work for both public and private sector clients in waste/recycling, sustainability, environment and climate change. She has steered policy, regulatory, assessment and reporting commissions on waste/recycling, sustainability, climate change, waste, carbon strategy and energy efficiency for public and private sector clients across Australia. She is a specialist in waste/recycling, circular economy, sustainability and environmental policy & regulation, sustainability strategy and management, infrastructure sustainability,
consultation/facilitation/engagement, environmental planning, sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting, greenhouse gas and carbon management, climate adaptation planning, resource recovery, climate science translation, climate finance, low carbon cities, green buildings, infrastructure sustainability, and livable cities. Stella is a thought leader in her field and has been involved since the inception in leading this work in the country.
